Nearly every school system, university, social service network, etc. has the word "COLLABORATION" in its mission statement … but nearly none of them really understands how to do collaboration successfully.

Let ICL help you make collaboration a central feature of your
  • conference
  • school year
  • strategic planning process
  • new organization, or
  • annual retreat.
ICL will work with you to develop Professional Development programs of almost any length (from 3 hours to 2 days) that will focus on the developmental needs of your participants, make key skills and dispositions of collaboration relevant and accessible from their perspectives, and strengthen links that bind collaborative leadership to the mission, big issues, strategic visions, structural considerations, and social forces shaping the work of your collaborative efforts.

Longer programs include imple¬mentation strategies, as¬sess¬ment principles and next steps. A hallmark of ICL Professional Development is its orientation towards deep understanding and action resulting in clear and measurable next-steps.
ICL mission: advancing the knowledge, skills and effective collaborative leadership in all sectors through research, training, advocacy and best practice
